Gold Rush Overnight Camp - The Gold Rush experience is also being offered as an extended two day program to allow students more time to absorb and enjoy life on the gold fields. In addition to the day-program's activities, the new chums will: Use maps to search for clues Cradle and pan for gold Use scales and weights Participate in a bush track stampede Write a journal Design and create gold rush art Setup their own campsite Perform at the evening concert Cost of two day, overnight program: from $85.00/student (+ 20 cents to be brought by the student on the day). This cost includes two fun-filled day of hands-on learning + gold licence + certificates + prizes. All meals (except morning tea on the first day) are supplied FREE OF CHARGE Site location: 7 km from Beenleigh, Qld.
